Utilizing technology for the benefit and advantage of your firm sounds like a straight forward and rathar obvious strategy. 

 

However, when purchasing, implementing, and maintaining today’s complex technology, you can quickly find yourself in a sea of solutions with no clear path to take.  Making decisons regarding on premise solutions vs. utilizing cloud technologies depends on many factors.  We are here to not only help you best utilize your existing technology investments, but to provide expert guidance in developing your technology infrastructure to fit your business needs now and into the future.  We will work with you to map your specific goals/direction to your technology plan.  We then help you manage every aspect of your technology infrastructure on a daily basis letting you focus on your core business operations.

 

IThinkSource began in July of 2003.  When working with clients on enterprise portal technology, we were approached by a company in need.  This company had quickly seen good success in its marketplace and was beginning to grow.  One major obstacle to their success was their inability to effectively utilize technology. They had simply outgrown their current technical infrastructure.  They knew their business, and knew how to grow it.  They also knew they needed the proper technology to support their growing business. They simply did not know how to grow/implement this technology and exactly what technology they needed in place.

 

From this need, IThinkSource was born.  Our mission is to enable technology for the benefit of our clients with an absolute focus on the client’s strategic direction.  We see a wide variety of IT support companies in the marketplace today.  Unfortunately, the vast majority of these firms are focused on an outsourced IT model where relationships are sparse, support is typically remote, and partnerships are simply nonexistent.  IThinkSource believes the typical outsourced model is prone to failure and frustration.  At IThinkSource, we take IT management far beyond the typical support model, we are your technology team, your partner and advocate, in a technically complex world.
